What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can coordinate workforce mobilisation, onboarding, compliance, documentation, and stakeholder communication while supporting smooth, deadline-driven operations.

I'm currently coordinating workforce mobilisation at Virtual Clone, supporting candidate onboarding and time-sensitive mobilisation activities.

I manage candidate documentation, compliance records, SOPs, site documentation, pre-employment medical assessments, and site inductions. I follow up with candidates and stakeholders to resolve gaps while keeping requirements accurate and on schedule.

Previously at BYJUS, I supported new-user onboarding, handled customer and client queries, and worked with marketing, sales, and product teams to resolve project-related issues.

My earlier work as a Communication Trainer included building relationships with employers, alumni, and industry professionals to improve placement opportunities, as well as delivering interactive workshops.
