I’m looking to lead UNIX/Linux modernization and application development while streamlining SCM and release management. I want a collaborative team where I can improve deployment reliability, reduce downtime, and deliver stable, high-quality releases.

I’m an Application Development Associate Manager with 15+ years of experience driving UNIX/Linux modernization, application development, automation, and SCM/release management. I lead daily development operations and sprint execution, coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on schedule, and set the bar for stable, high-quality production releases through code reviews, workflow governance, and deployment readiness.

I modernize legacy UNIX applications by migrating to Linux and improving performance and maintainability using languages like C, C++, COBOL, Pro*C, PLSQL, and Shell/Korn/Bash scripting (plus Java and Python). I’ve also strengthened release reliability by administering enterprise SCM and deployment tools such as BuildForge, Serena Dimensions, UDeploy, and TeamForge, troubleshooting build/deployment issues with partner teams, and creating automation scripts to increase operational visibility and reduce manual effort.
