What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead a software business or technology organization through product delivery, modernization, growth, and operational transformation while staying credible in the technology.

I've led Karmak from $24M to $35M in revenue as CEO while modernizing its dealer-management platform on Azure, rebuilding pricing and contracting, and launching a 20-plus-partner integration ecosystem. At SmartSortAI, I took an AI-enabled waste-diversion platform from prototype to production readiness for clients including The Coca-Cola Company, DFW International Airport, and the University of Richmond.

Earlier, I scaled Allscripts' healthcare SaaS engineering organization from 10 to 100 people as its client base grew from 70 to 3,700 organizations, and I ran Jardogs through its acquisition by Allscripts. I'm hands-on across C#/.NET, Azure, Python, and containerized computer-vision deployment, with experience carrying P&Ls, reporting to boards, and building teams and products from zero to scale.
