At Experenta, I lead Five9 implementations from discovery and architecture through QA, go-live, and post-launch support for enterprise clients across Latin America and the Caribbean.
I built Digital Experience from scratch: an AWS event-driven SaaS platform connecting WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and Telegram with Five9. It now supports eight enterprise clients across four countries.
I design integrations between Five9, Salesforce, SAP, Meta APIs, and WhatsApp Business API providers, while serving as a technical point of contact in English and Spanish. I also manage a cross-functional team of five engineers delivering concurrent implementations.
My work includes multi-country CCaaS rollouts, IVR architecture, REST APIs, Salesforce Apex, and cloud infrastructure. I enjoy taking products and client solutions from initial discovery through deployment and ongoing support.
