What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a recruiter position where I can use my organizational skills to handle multiple applicants, evaluate them, maintain a fair chance for all, and choose the best for the organization.

At Phoenix Translation, I established LinkedIn job posts for transcribers, subtitlers, reviewers, and assistants, and created a Google Forms application form. I handled 178 applications through channels including WhatsApp and Gmail.
