At Intercontinental Exchange, I monitor and surveil more than 1,200 futures markets for abusive or disruptive activity, conduct investigations, enforce exchange rules, and manage pricing mechanics that support fair, orderly trading.
I've progressed from Trade Operations Analyst to Senior Trade Operations Analyst while supporting customers on ICE trading platforms and options pricing tools, producing daily market insights for Managing Directors, and building a Salesforce knowledge base that reduced support ticket volume. Earlier, I led client implementation projects at Data Oceans and developed financial analysis skills through Georgia Tech's Investment Committee.
