At TreeHouse Foods, I managed $100M+ in annual raw-material spend supporting Walmart Great Value and Sam's Club private-label products. I used SAP ECC and MRP to maintain inventory across 20+ production lines, coordinate suppliers and scheduling teams, and support new product launches and transitions.
I've also led production teams to exceed OEE targets while maintaining low quality holds, coordinated healthcare referral and onboarding operations, and now run Ozark Natural Lawn Care with hands-on responsibility for scheduling, vendors, budgets, pricing, and cost control.
