At Karsten S.A., I work across warping, sizing, and weaving, monitoring production processes and adjusting operating conditions to support quality and process stability. I also contribute to continuous improvement projects, process standardization, and production KPI analysis.
As an Especialista de Ensino at Senai Blumenau, I teach practical and theoretical textile preparation and weaving in Karsten’s industrial environment. I cover warping, sizing, fabric structures, loom operation, quality control, and technical specifications while guiding students through practical activities.
Earlier, I worked as a weaving mechanic at Karsten S.A. and as a spinning mechanic at Cremer S.A., carrying out loom changeovers, mechanical adjustments, and preventive maintenance. I hold qualifications in Industrial Production Management, Project Management, and Production Engineering, along with Lean Six Sigma White Belt and Yellow Belt certifications.
