I'm looking for opportunities to improve processes through automation, data analysis, business modelling, and practical engineering solutions, while leading projects that deliver measurable operational and financial results.

I've delivered automation, analytics, and operational improvement work across Energy Utilities, FirstRand Namibia, AHG Health, and Old Mutual Namibia. My work has included developing business models, project proposals, optimization tools, engineering support, and compliance-focused processes.

At FirstRand Namibia, I delivered 14 RPA processes in 18 months, saving 3,642 hours annually, preventing N$1,556,100 in revenue leakage, and delivering benefits equivalent to 32 FTEs. I worked across business analysis, process design, workflow analysis, deployment, change management, quality standards, and legacy core-banking automation integration.

I've also built asset-management reporting connecting 43 companies across five databases, reducing monthly administration time by 50%. I enjoy turning complex operational data into practical systems, dashboards, and processes that improve performance.
