At Source du Héros, I developed custom PrestaShop modules for POS and stock synchronization, a loyalty program, and bookings. I also built and maintained the e-commerce system, from infrastructure and hosting to security and backups.

Previously, I managed technical projects at Shaka Group, leading teams on luxury retail fit-outs from scoping through handover.
