I lead risk, safety, security, emergency management, continuity, and critical-infrastructure protection for Clackamas River Water, a regional public water utility serving approximately 80,000 customers.
I advise executive leadership on risk exposure, resilience, compliance, insurance, emergency preparedness, policy, and resource needs. I also chair emergency preparedness and incident coordination efforts, building plans, exercises, and after-action improvements with public-safety and partner agencies.
Previously, I led hospital emergency-management and preparedness programs at Willamette Valley Medical Center, supporting Joint Commission, CMS, FEMA/NIMS, and healthcare preparedness requirements. I served in HICS leadership roles and translated emergency-management requirements into actionable plans, training, and cross-functional readiness work.
My 20+ years across fire/EMS, public safety, healthcare preparedness, governance, and adult instruction give me a practical perspective from frontline response through executive and board advising.
