I’m a Registered Nurse Manager with experience leading day-to-day clinical operations across multiple Family Medicine Practices, with a focus on safe, timely care. In my current role at Elizabethtown Community Hospital, I manage clinical budgets and oversee scheduling, payroll, and time off for a team of RNs, LPNs, and Medical Assistants.

I’ve consistently improved how patients move through care—developing and implementing a Telephone Triage Protocol to ensure calls are routed and seen within the appropriate time frame. I also secured hiring approval for a Medication Prior Authorization Medical Assistant to offload medication prior authorizations and support pre-visit planning for clinical staff.

Before that, I led nursing operations as the only RN at Hudson Headwaters Health Network’s Moriah Health Center, including telephone triage for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients, vaccine and medical supply inventory oversight, and the initiation, supervision, and execution of mass Covid vaccination clinics. Earlier roles included Nurse Management of a 42-bed unit, MDS coordination for Medicare/Medicaid reimbursements, and RN supervision for an 84-bed facility.
