I’m looking to transition into a dispensary role where I can lead with responsible sales, accurate ID verification, and customer education—building long-term trust while following local and state compliance standards in a flexible, team-focused environment.

I’m a retail manager with extensive experience in age-restricted sales, compliance-driven environments, and education-based customer interactions. In my current role as Smoke Shop Manager, I manage daily operations of a high-volume store, enforce strict ID verification and responsible sales practices, and support customers through product education that builds trust.

I’ve also strengthened my leadership and service foundation through roles including Sales Associate, Prep Cook / Server, Server, and Kitchen Manager in fast-paced, high-volume settings.
