I’m a Laboratory Analyst with deep hands-on experience in analytical chemistry and plant/lab testing, including XRF analysis and mineral processing workflows. I bring strong “problem solving” capability to troubleshoot anomalies and keep results reliable.

In my current role (Laboratory Analyst / Relieving Shift Supervisor), I carry out laboratory tests such as desliming, heavy minerals separation, magnetic separation, milling, fusion, loss on ignition, particle size distribution, and Iron test determination. I ensure instruments are verified, calibrated, functional, and that data is recorded accurately using checklists.

I’m also accountable for quality performance: I monitor, control, and report laboratory performance through data charts, validate and approve results in Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), and ensure analytical standards are within range before task execution. I strictly follow SOPs, maintain laboratory housekeeping, and support safe working environments by reporting hazards and adhering to HSE practices.

Earlier, I worked as a Laboratory Analyst and Laboratory Chemist, handling instrument calibration (including XRF and flame photometer), chemical analysis of clinker/raw materials/water and fuel, and raw mix design for finished products. Across roles, I’ve supported training through safety talks and shift briefings, and contributed to processing Certificates of Analysis for management approval.
