I am a Senior Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) leader with 22 years of experience designing and managing comprehensive EHS programs across large, complex operations. I have led regional teams, developed high-risk controls, and provided regulatory direction to cross-functional partners and company leadership.

At Meta I managed EHS activities for the company’s most populous region and global labs, influencing safety for over 35,000 employees and implementing programs for COVID-19 response, contractor safety, electrical safety, confined space, lockout/tagout, PITs, and working at heights. Prior roles include senior EHS leadership at Radius Recycling and Cemex where I delivered measurable results such as a 60% reduction in hand-related incidents, zero-recordable sites, and $250,000 in reduced worker compensation costs.
