What I'm looking for

I want to lead EH&S programs in highly regulated environments, driving HAZWOPER/RCRA compliance, industrial hygiene, audits, and training—partnering with cross-functional teams to prevent incidents and strengthen operational and regulatory readiness.

I’m an Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) leader with 10+ years of management and consulting experience across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, industrial manufacturing, construction, aerospace, and federal environments. I specialize in industrial hygiene, chemical and biological safety, hazardous waste, incident investigation, and compliance training that supports both regulatory and operational success.

As an Owner of GRL Environmental, Inc. (05/2018–Present), I operate an EH&S consulting firm serving diverse sectors. I conduct industrial hygiene monitoring; prepare technical reports and Safety Data Sheets (SDS); build compliance programs such as IIPP, chemical hygiene, bloodborne pathogens, and hazardous materials shipping; and deliver training on RCRA hazardous waste, spill prevention/response, and related regulatory requirements.

I also bring leadership experience as a Regional Sr. HSE Manager at Geosyntec Consultants, Inc., managing HSE programs for the west region across roughly 1,100 employees and 25 states. I review and author Health and Safety Plans (HASPs) for HAZWOPER, serve as Incident Commander and Site Health and Safety Officer (SHSO), lead audits and incident investigations, and provide safety trainings—including confined space entry and air monitoring—grounded in practical site execution.
