At PedidosYa, I’m developing automation for the Store Transfer process and building Claude Code and Gemini agents that generate and optimize SQL queries on inventory databases. I also monitor inventory health and help implement merchandise transfers and supplier purchase orders.

At Mercado Libre, I analyzed 100,546 cases involving Verdi, the AI that resolves buyer claims, and identified NPS gaps of up to −22.9 points. I built a Looker Studio dashboard and supported conversational AI quality work with analysis, reports, and proposals.

Earlier at Mercado Libre, I managed buyer-seller claims and complex cases, monitored operational and quality KPIs, and moved from Junior to Semi Senior. At Salud Bucal, I tracked sales and expenses, reconciled bank accounts, and prepared reports. I’m a fourth-year Marketing student at UDE and am currently enrolled in Senpai Academy’s AI Automation Professional program.
