At Aer Lingus, I build governed Snowflake and Databricks data models, production pipelines, and Power BI reporting that replace Excel-based commercial reporting. I investigate data quality end to end, validate metric definitions, and measure pricing and inventory-rule impact where straightforward counterfactuals do not exist.

Previously at Air Europa, I increased route profitability by 18% through willingness-to-pay demand modelling, built Qlik Sense reporting for short-haul revenue management, and developed pricing, availability, and overbooking KPIs. I also ship products myself: Far, an App Store-approved AI route planner built with React Native and Supabase, uses a two-pass LLM pipeline that reduced itinerary generation from 76 to about 35 seconds.
