Joan Mugoh

I am Joan Mugoh, a dedicated professional with a Bachelor's degree in Economic and Finance from Kenyatta University and a Diploma in Marketing Management. My career objective is to establish systems that collect market statistical data for analysis, aiding decision-makers in strategic actions. I am currently pursuing my CPA at Multi-Media University, which complements my strong foundation in finance and marketing.

Throughout my professional journey, I have gained valuable experience in various roles, including as an Accountant at Al-Mug Properties Limited, where I ensured accurate cashbook updates and analyzed sales trends. My time as a marketer at Tata Chemicals Magadi allowed me to hone my skills in generating sales orders and providing excellent customer care. Most recently, I served as a Payments Agent at Equity Bank, where I focused on client acquisition and daily banking activities.

My diverse skill set includes communication, decision-making, negotiation, and leadership, which I have developed through various training workshops and leadership roles.
