I'm currently at OuroCaixa, supporting gold-buying services and administrative operations. My work combines customer-facing service with the organisation needed to keep daily processes running smoothly.

I've supported customers, managed orders, handled stockrooms, and coordinated transfers across retail brands including Futah Beach Towels, Sportino, Mango, Hugo Boss, and United Colors of Benetton. At AtivoKids, I took on store responsibility, cashier duties, visual merchandising, warehouse organisation, and customer assistance.

Earlier, at Vivafit Barreiro, I managed calls, class bookings, complaints, schedules, documents, and room organisation. I'm dedicated, persistent, focused, and always ready to help others.
