I am an Engineering Manager and hands-on Software Architect with over 20 years of experience in building and supporting high-performing teams, designing scalable solutions, and delivering impactful products. Currently, I lead a team of engineers at Kindbody, a fertility startup that has supported over 33,000 pregnancies in 2024. My role involves not only management but also direct contributions to development, performance tuning, and enhancing our EMR and billing systems.

Previously, I ran my own engineering consulting firm, Alterlife Creations, where I worked with various clients, including Sweetgreen and Payersciences, to build REST APIs and GraphQL services. My experience at Oracle India as an HCM Architect allowed me to lead cross-functional initiatives and promote user-focused design, ensuring product inclusivity and accessibility. I have also contributed to significant improvements in operational efficiency through innovative tools and services.
