I investigate fraud, impersonation, scams, harassment, account abuse, suspicious activity, and platform misuse. I make balanced enforcement decisions in complex, ambiguous cases while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, user safety, and SLA performance.

I use SQL, dashboards, and case trend analysis to identify recurring fraud patterns, workflow vulnerabilities, and operational gaps. My work supports proactive fraud prevention, platform integrity, process improvements, and stronger customer experience outcomes.

I currently apply my operational risk and analytical decision-making skills as an independent sub-broker and proprietary trader, monitoring market trends and client account activities.
