What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead accessible, compliant testing for digital services, combining end-to-end quality assurance, automation, AI-driven testing, and cross-functional delivery.

I'm currently improving accessibility at Superdrug on Click Kiosk, testing web, mobile, and desktop applications against WCAG 2.1/2.2, Section 508, and ADA requirements. I coordinate onshore and offshore teams, identify release risks early through 3 Amigos, and validate Salesforce integrations and APIs.

Previously, I delivered accessibility and end-to-end testing for the Cabinet Office Spotlight product, supporting citizen-facing services and GDS standards. I've reduced test timeframes by 30% using AI tools and bring 19 years of testing experience across manual, automation, UAT, accessibility, and production releases.
