I’m a Computer Science and Engineering graduate based in Qatar, with experience in IT service desk support and network monitoring. As a NOC Analyst Intern at Mannai Corporation, I handle service desk tickets, address customer-reported technical issues, categorize incidents for proper routing, and coordinate escalation to the right support teams.
I also perform network monitoring using tools such as Cisco Meraki, Motadata and Spectrum, and maintain accurate documentation of incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions. Alongside my work, I’ve built projects like an e-commerce website and an ML-based heart disease prediction system, and I completed a Cybersecurity and Ethical Hacking internship using Kali Linux; I’m currently working toward CCNA.
