At Concentrix, I led a 14-person B2B digital advertising support team, tracking CSAT, AHT, SLA, and quality scores. I used Excel and Google Sheets dashboards, lookups, macros, and APIs to automate recurring reports and help team members see their performance and improvement areas.
At IGT Solutions, I led a 14-person airline support team and oversaw quality analysis.
