Jimmy Oliva

I’m a Frontend Developer with a degree in Systems Engineering, and I’m driven by building user-focused web experiences that scale. I bring hands-on skills in JavaScript and Python, plus SQL, to support both UI delivery and practical data work.

In my current Fullstack developer role, I’ve improved workflow and maintainability by implementing a modular structure that centralizes templates and static assets per app. I also separated frontend logic by organizing JS and CSS into structured static files, keeping the codebase easier to extend and support.

To strengthen team alignment and delivery quality, I standardized commit messages with semantic prefixes for clearer version control. I work with modern frontend frameworks and libraries including React, Next.js, and Angular, and I follow Agile practices through Scrum.

During my internship as a Frontend developer, I translated Figma designs into responsive, functional UI components and integrated backend APIs to fetch and display data dynamically. I’m eager to grow within a company that values professional development, strong engineering habits, and measurable product impact.
