At Collins Aerospace, I lead value streams and strategic roadmaps for advanced avionics architectures, including a $4M effort supporting Avionics Simplified Automated Flight Experience (SAFE). I collaborate across product lines to identify critical needs and mitigate avionics risk.

I previously led the KC-46 RVS 2.0 channel value stream for a $350M civil-certification effort, overseeing clean-sheet DAL-A LRUs across four product lines and multiple Collins locations. I completed Gate 4 while managing approximately $10M in monthly NRE spend and serving as a primary customer relationship focal point.

Across programs including the Viking Water Bomber, KC-390, C-26, C-12, BACN, and Embraer L500, I've led hardware, software, qualification, production, risk management, subcontract negotiations, and customer delivery. I've secured sales growth and aircraft-modification work, supported Agile software teams, and built on earlier financial-services experience in customer service and operations.
