Helped manage two resort construction projects valued at more than $20 million each, including a $25 million resort project. Coordinated subcontractors, daily schedules, inspections, safety, quality control, field logistics, and production across large-scale hospitality construction.

Founded and operated a residential construction company delivering custom homes, remodels, additions, and renovations. Held end-to-end responsibility for estimating, budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontractor selection and coordination, customer relationships, quality, field execution, and profitability.
