At Odoo, Inc., I design and facilitate a six-week onboarding program that prepares new consultants to work with clients and handle complex requirements with autonomy. I onboarded 40 new hires and use performance data to assess training effectiveness and update materials as Odoo evolves.
As a Software Implementation Consultant at Odoo, Inc., I implemented Odoo ERP SaaS for clients and supported successful launches for 13 companies and more than 40 end users. Earlier, I designed English language arts curriculum at Newfane Central School District and analyzed intervention data as a Clinical Research Assistant at Institute for Autism Research.
