I’m looking for a role where I can deliver exceptional lash and waxing results while using my business, scheduling, and customer-retention strengths to grow a loyal client base in a supportive, high-standards environment.

I’m a Master Esthetician and Owner who builds loyal clients through professional lash and waxing services, personalized care, and consistently high sanitation standards—even in a mobile environment. I drive growth with strategic marketing, local networking, and customer-focused communication that keeps people coming back.

In my owner role, I manage the full operation: financial tracking and money management, inventory, administrative tasks, and complex scheduling for mobile appointments. I bring strong time management and attention to detail to every step, from preparation to follow-through.

Beyond esthetics, I’ve managed day-to-day operations as a Store Manager, including inventory management, merchandising, sales strategy, and recruiting, training, and leading staff and volunteers. I also handle payroll and timekeeping, and I develop community partnerships and local marketing campaigns to increase store visibility and profitability.

Earlier experience strengthened my reliability and accuracy through customer service, lead document validation, and data entry work—where I supported new employees, ensured compliance with policies, handled confidential information, and prepared financial reports.
