What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a challenging position in HR, payroll, or customer service where I can use my knowledge, experience, and skills while continuing to develop professionally.

At Zellis India Ltd, I process and audit UK payrolls for clients, including sickness inputs across weekly, monthly, and Lunar pay groups. I also handle payroll queries from clients and onshore team members by calls, emails, and chats.

For DHL, I handled backpay for monthly and Lunar payrolls for almost more than 4000 employees every month. My work has also included P45 tax forms, court orders, paternity, AE Pension, Mailsmart, and payroll reports.

At NGA HR India Ltd, I handled employee records and prepared HR letters, while supporting US benefits and employee database updates. I also updated compensation and employee details in PeopleSoft and handled leave in AMS.

Earlier, as an HR – Officer at Sejal Architectural Glass Ltd, I handled recruitment and selection, joining formalities, and employee attendance records for salary processing. My experience also includes customer service and quality roles.
