What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can drive operational excellence in post-trade derivatives, use SQL/log analysis to resolve production incidents, partner with clients, and translate business needs into technical requirements that reduce risk.

I’m a Technico-functional Product Support Analyst at FIS Global, supporting a post-trade derivatives trading platform across 20+ global exchanges. I provide end-to-end technical and functional support, focused on operational excellence, risk reduction, and improving post-trade processes in trading environments.

I diagnose and resolve trade lifecycle issues across trade capture, clearing, FIX messaging, and post-trade events using SQL and log analysis. I investigate discrepancies in positions, P&L, balances, and margin reconciliation, and translate business issues into structured technical requirements and actionable development investigations.

I’m the primary client-facing contact, leading weekly issue review calls and coordinating incident resolution. I also manage production configuration and data changes to ensure data integrity, support UAT for system enhancements and releases, and validate solutions against business and operational requirements.
