My Marketing Automation studies at Greenwich College have strengthened my interest in the intersection of technology, customer communication and digital marketing. I'm looking to develop practical experience in CRM, email marketing and marketing automation operations.

At Electrolux, I maintained and updated spreadsheets with delivery and operational information, entered and organised data using SAP, and prepared updates for senior management.

At Strato Oakwood Hotel, I supported new team members' training and onboarding and coordinated restaurant sections and private functions. I communicated with guests and colleagues to support efficient service operations.

At Yugen, I deliver personalised customer experiences, share detailed menu information and accommodate individual customer requirements. My background also includes a Diploma of Leadership and Management and a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations in progress.
