I prepare IFRS statutory financial statements and disclosures for Emirates Islamic, a listed subsidiary with an approximately USD 40 billion balance sheet. I also analyze major P&L and balance-sheet movements for CFO-led earnings calls, review submissions from 20+ subsidiaries and business units, and supported IFRS 3 consolidation and purchase price allocation adjustments for Emirates NBD’s USD 2.75 billion RBL Bank acquisition.

Previously at Goldman Sachs, I owned FR Y-11 and FR 2314 reporting for 30+ legal entities across Private Equity, MBD, and Mutual Funds. I reviewed more than USD 10 billion in notional derivative exposures, reduced reporting cycle time by 30% through SAP automation and dashboard optimization, and mentored 50+ Legal Entity Controllers on regulatory requirements.

I began in audit at Manubhai & Shah LLP, leading statutory, internal, and Internal Financial Control audits across infrastructure, oil and gas, construction, manufacturing, and FMCG.
