At Liwa Trading Enterprises in Dubai, I lead budgets, rolling forecasts, and profitability analysis across 130+ stores and 10+ brands, including Gant and La Senza. My portfolio optimization work eliminated recurring losses and improved annual profitability by AED 40 million while maintaining overall portfolio sales.
I've built DCF feasibility models for store openings and acquisitions, developed five-year brand rollout scenarios, and created Power BI dashboards that replaced manual reporting with portfolio-wide KPI visibility. I also partner across Finance, Leasing, and Operations on lease decisions, brand swaps, inventory optimization, and month-end reporting for senior leadership and the Board.
