I lead IFRS reporting, multi-entity consolidation and finance-control improvements across ADNOC Gas, TAQA, Al Nasr and EY. I focus on giving leadership clean, decision-ready financials without last-minute surprises.
At EY Middle East, I lead reporting and transformation work for ADNOC Gas and TAQA, including ADX listing readiness, ICFR remediation and Oracle Fusion delivery across more than 100 entities. I improved forecasting accuracy from 70% to 90% across AED 30 billion+ budgets and helped strengthen period-end reporting at go-live.
At Al Nasr Contracting, I shortened the closing cycle from 15 to 10 days, led a 10-member finance team and directed budgeting, treasury, statutory reporting and external audit activities for two UAE subsidiaries.
Earlier at EY, I delivered more than 30 statutory audits across listed and regulated entities, maintained a zero-deficiency record and led teams of up to 10 people. I bring a practical, steady approach to resolving backlogs, clarifying ownership and tightening controls around the close.
