I lead group consolidation and reporting for AA Al Moosa Enterprises, a Dubai conglomerate with AED 3B in revenue, AED 12B in assets, and 13 subsidiaries across six business verticals.
I manage Oracle FCCS consolidation, JD Edwards EnterpriseOne data ingestion, intercompany eliminations, consolidated IFRS financial statements, Board-level management accounts, and segmental reporting. I also consolidate group budgets and rolling forecasts while strengthening period-end controls and UAE Corporate Tax compliance.
Before this, I led statutory audit engagements at KPMG Lower Gulf for manufacturing, trading, and services clients. I managed a diversified AED 1.5M portfolio, advised CFOs and Finance Controllers on IFRS matters, and coached teams of 4–6 associates and interns.
My foundation was built at PwC, where I progressed from audit intern to Senior Associate and worked on Ind AS audits, restructuring transactions, financial instruments, provisioning, and consolidation adjustments. As a CA, ACCA, and CIMA professional, I bring practical experience across IFRS reporting, audit quality, and complex group finance.
