Jhannah Mendoza

I am a driven and compassionate psychology student currently enrolled at Cuesta College, where I am honing my understanding of human behavior and care. My experience as an Activities Assistant and Server has equipped me with excellent organizational skills and a strong work ethic, allowing me to contribute effectively to team goals and enhance the dining experience for residents.

Throughout my work at Compass Health and The Villages of San Luis Obispo, I have developed a deep appreciation for genuine care and hospitality. I take pride in my ability to connect with residents, ensuring they feel seen and appreciated. My background in food service has provided me with hands-on experience in food preparation, customer service, and teamwork, all of which I am eager to leverage in a stimulating work environment.

In addition to my professional skills, I am passionate about music and songwriting, often incorporating creativity into my interactions. I am bilingual in Tagalog and English, which allows me to communicate effectively with residents from diverse backgrounds, further enhancing their quality of life.
