Jeyanthi Gouthaman

I'm a doctoral researcher at Anna University's Department of Pharmaceutical Technology, developing peptide-loaded nanoparticle drug-delivery systems and evaluating them in preclinical studies.

My work includes standardized protocol execution, ex vivo skin permeation studies using excised rat skin, and in vitro biological evaluation using 3T3-L1 adipocyte cell lines. I also maintain laboratory animals under institutional ethical guidelines and prepare biological samples for investigation.

I've contributed to research on controlled-release semaglutide-loaded PLGA nanoformulations for obesity management and published a review article on electrospinning for peptide therapeutics in AAPS PharmSciTech.

I bring scientific documentation, statistical analysis, research integrity, and cross-functional collaboration to formulation development and translational drug-delivery research.
