Jethro Torrecer

I’m an Industrial Engineer passionate about applying Facility and Layout Design, Quality Management Systems, Ergonomics, and Operations Management to real-world challenges. I focus on workplace layout and process optimization, ergonomic assessments, and safety assessments, always aiming for practical improvements grounded in clear analysis.

Through my academic projects, I’ve strengthened my ability to evaluate systems and drive structured improvements using 5S. I completed an “Ergonomic Risk Assessment of Nurses' Station in a Philippine Tertiary- Care Hospital,” and I was a “Best Track Paper Awardee” presented at the “15th Annual IEOM Society Conference,” which shaped how I approach evidence-based recommendations.

I also build value through hands-on involvement and collaboration—supporting teams in outreach, safety efforts, and immersion activities. From “Basic Occupational Safety and Health for Safety Officer 2” training to “IE Safety Committee” participation and industry immersion experience, I bring a results-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and strong communication to help organizations improve productivity while protecting people.
