Phoebe Racsag

I’m a persevering Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering student from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, equipped with analytical depth and a creative mindset to explore innovative solutions. I bring a dedicated skill set and strong work ethic, whether working independently or collaborating in a team environment.

Through my internships, I supported marketing strategy execution at Total (Philippines) Corporation—assisting in customer acquisition, engagement, and retention while curating social media content and improving audience engagement. I also developed marketing materials using Canva and Adobe Photoshop, and I strengthened my operational and safety capabilities as an OSH Intern at J&TExpressMainOffice by conducting Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control (HIRAC) and creating safety awareness materials.

As SKCouncilor for Brgy. San Diego Zone 1, Tayabas City, I manage official social media for documentation and community announcements and organize seminars and workshops for youth development. I’m certified as a BOSH Safety Officer and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belter, and I’ve built leadership experience through student organizations and “President’s Lister” recognition—driving me to keep learning and contribute wherever I can create measurable impact.
