What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a Finance Director role where I can lead financial reporting, forecasting, systems, process improvement, and cross-functional projects to strengthen decision-making and organizational performance.

At CentraCare, I prepare hospital annual reports and interim Medicare Cost Reports for three hospitals, develop KPIs and reporting enhancements, and investigate cost-report variances. I also analyze contract labor reporting and support accurate Medicare reserve forecasting.

Previously, I led finance and supply chain systems, process-improvement, and transformational projects at CentraCare, including Oracle reporting implementation and organization-wide value analysis.
