Lead financial analysis and decision support for a multi-hospital health system, partnering with executive leadership, service line leaders, and hospital CFOs on planning, profitability, and growth decisions. Manage and develop a team of analysts across budgeting, decision support, and executive reporting.

Partnered directly with the VP of Finance / Client Relations and Director of FP&A to establish reporting standards and analytical best practices across a national data center portfolio. Built financial and operational models supporting revenue, margin, and capacity analysis for executive decision-making.

Owned the entire annual operating budget, 5-year forecast, and capital/minor equipment planning and tracking processes in Kaufman Hall and Meditech for the health system. Served as the primary analytical partner to the CFO on short- and long-term financial planning and decision-making.

Partnered with the CFO and Controller to identify the financial needs of the hospital and support budgeting, capital planning, and 5-year forecasting in Kaufman Hall. Led the hospital's capital request process, including proforma projections for large projects presented to system leadership.

Implemented SAP EPM 10 and built out the new system for capital and operational budgeting across the academic health system. Built budget and capital input templates for 150+ managers and directors and trained them to budget within their own departments.
