Work with Provider Network Presidents, COOs and the VP of Finance to develop financial goals and objectives. Provide oversight to the coordination and preparation of the detailed financial plan in conjunction with the Senior Finance Team, Provider Network Operations and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) in accordance with the prescribed financial planning calendar and processes.

Oversee and guide a Senior Financial Analyst focusing on Shared Savings calculations and accruals for individual practices. Responsible for biannual provider compensation resets and quarterly contractual bonus calculations according to the compensation model.

Responsible for overseeing the preparation of Physician Network and Specialty Practices financial, statistical, and productivity reports. Worked with Administration and Physician Operating Council to develop and design reports for tracking Network and Provider productivity.

Developed, implemented, and controlled the timely preparation of prior year Medicare Cost Reports, maximizing reimbursement. Assisted and advised in the timely and accurate preparation of profitability analyses for all major programs.

Contributed to the development of internal budget and Strategic Operational Financial Plan (ISOFP) calendars, ensuring compliance with organizational and Ascension's planning requirements. Developed financial scenarios for ISOFP and assisted Senior Management in creating multi-year forecasts.

Conducted cost studies supporting the annual cost accounting process, including step-down of indirect costs and procedural costing. Shared responsibility for Case/Mix system file maintenance, ensuring database accuracy and reliability.

Coordinated, reviewed, and executed contractual documents, authorizing work via the Customer Order Requisition Tracking (CORT) System. Developed and communicated funding requirements, and administered contract closeouts.

Tracked costs, sales, EBIT, inventory, collections, and receivables for five programs in the Power and Drive Business Segment. Supported finance staff and program managers by processing monthly closing, presenting reports, and preparing monthly program reviews.
