Jessica Waldron

I am an applications manager with over three years in commercial poultry applications and more than fifteen years working with poultry broadly. I focus on ensuring installed technology performs reliably and that plant teams are trained to maintain and use systems safely.

At Xgenex I traveled to multiple processing plants, supported equipment such as chemical pumps, PAA sensors, and auto titrators, and produced daily chemical-use and sensor reports using Excel for plant supervisors. I collaborate closely with plant managers and maintenance teams to keep equipment operating at peak performance.

I co-own and operate a poultry and rabbit farm, where I manage records, handle customer inquiries, address flock health, and run social media marketing with a following of over five thousand. I also completed internships and intensive poultry coursework through the Midwest Poultry Consortium and the University of Minnesota.

I bring strong communication, training, problem-solving, and customer-service skills, and I am committed to driving innovation and operational improvements in the agriculture and poultry industries.
