Worked on the user experience and interaction design of a mobile app and another device. This work is currently under NDA until its release.

Led end to end design initiatives for the buyers experience across iOS, Android and web. Worked with the marketing team to improve Gumtree's push notification and email communication preferences. Facilitated workshops and created prototypes for user testing sessions. Worked on the search experience for buyers

Led the user research and design for the marketing site, webapp and mobile app. Planned and conducted user interview sessions, surveys, and worked closely with the Customer Experience team. Worked with the engineering team and the head of product to write user stories, design specs, and conduct design QA. Rebranded the entire web and mobile app from Home Care Heroes to Like Family.

Designed the Australian Koala website and focused on increasing conversion and cross-sell rates. Led UX research, developed a brand refresh, and improved the user experience. Found opportunities to reduce inbound calls by introducing meetings and tackling common problems.

Worked with co-founders of early stage startups to design user flows and experiences for webapps. Created prototypes for user testing and conducted user interviews. Worked on the VetChat startup to create userflows and low fidelity prototypes.

Designed responsive websites from low and high fidelity prototypes to final design. Projects included eviQ Cancer Treatment's Online website, an iPad app for the Benefit Brow Bar, and voting websites for Aria Awards. Redesigned the experience for Event Bridie.

Worked with co-founders of early stage startups to design user flows and experiences for webapps. Created prototypes for user testing. Conducted user interviews and testing sessions.

Worked on UI design and wireframes for apps and sites. Clients included Audi, Heineken, Nestlé, Blackmores, and Golden Crumpets.

Designed microsites, EDMs, and banners. Provided UI and icon design support for senior designers. Clients included NRMA Insurance, Chobani, Tourism New Zealand, and Taronga Zoo.

Provided design support to senior art directors and designers. Practiced designing a brand identity and the overall look and feel of a website and an app.
