Jessica Sorrentino

I am a Medical Information Specialist with extensive pharmaceutical industry experience in clinical communications and medical safety. I have worked directly with healthcare professionals, KAM, MSLs and pharmacovigilance teams to deliver accurate clinical and technical responses.

At ThermoFisher Scientific I manage medical information for oncology and schizophrenia products, covering both Italian and English lines for global projects and collaborating with translation partners. I maintain project and company SOP, GCP knowledge, and regulatory compliance while handling adverse events and product complaints.

Previously I led clinical services and dispensary operations at John Bell & Croyden, delivering vaccinations, phlebotomy screening and patient consultations in English and Italian. I have trained colleagues, supported communications review, and produced literature searches and analysis reports when required.

I bring strong customer service, regulatory understanding, and organisational skills, with additional certifications in phlebotomy, vaccinations, nutrition and first aid. I am motivated to return to Italy and contribute to a stimulating medico-scientific environment.
