What I'm looking for

I am seeking CRA or clinical operations roles in oncology/neurology where I can lead site monitoring, mentor junior staff, improve QA processes, and work within collaborative, regulatory-driven teams for impactful clinical research.

I am a pharmacist and Certified Clinical Research Associate with extensive experience in oncology and neurology clinical trials, clinical protocol management, and regulatory compliance (ICH, EMA, AIFA). I have conducted site selection, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits, mentored junior CRAs, managed ISF/TMF accuracy, and defined quality procedures across cross-functional teams.
