I'm seeking a back-office healthcare, insurance, claims, billing, or revenue cycle role where I can support accurate reimbursement with minimal phone responsibilities.

I've supported ProDentures' revenue cycle since 2013 by verifying insurance coverage, reviewing EOBs, researching payment discrepancies, and following up on delayed, unpaid, and denied claims.

I maintain accurate EHR and practice-management records, validate patient and insurance data for clean claims, and investigate prior authorizations and exclusions to help prevent denials.
