I am an event operations and project manager with hands-on experience running large-scale productions and managing six-figure event budgets. I combine operational rigor with proactive risk management to deliver safe, on-time experiences for high-profile clients and university communities.

At Fan Experiences I managed annual event budgets over $500,000 and provided on-site support for major events like the Super Bowl and Insomniac productions, building strong vendor relationships and standardizing processes across teams.

Previously, I oversaw a 26,000-square-foot event space at the University of Central Florida, directing 20+ weekly events, supervising and training staff, and coordinating logistics from AV to room setups under tight deadlines.

I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Event Management from UCF Rosen College of Hospitality Management and bring a data-informed approach—creating KPI-based post-event reports and maintaining detailed timelines—to continuously improve event efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.
